    this is the 80's horror movie classic, freddie generated a larger following than michael myers of hallowen and jason from friday the 13th.

    Surprisingly my first blu-ray purchase ever... I know... But it's greatbpicking up an inexpensive blu-ray version of one of the classic horror films :)

    The the movie that launched the horror series and Johnny Depp's career. It's campy, gory, funny, and creepy. A must see classic of the horror genre.

    I do not really enjoy horror flicks, especially the ones that come out today. This, however, is a classic. One of the best horror flicks of all time.

    Cool cover. I generally like to buy the steelbooks. This one said it came with the Digital Copy and when I opened it up there wasn't a paper code inside. I checked the bottom of my reciept and didn't have one there. I was advised to call customer service who told me to return it to the store. Eventually I just gave up.
