Nothing beats the first one. A horror classic. A++

Love it in high definition great movie. A classic.

Maybe if I had seen this film as kid I probably would have appreciated it more. However this film is decent and definitely worth to view again and again around Halloween. Very traditional.

This comes with the same disc as the 2010 release and doesn’t have a digital code like it states.

I like the movie. But it didn’t come with a digital Copy like it said.

Gotta have this movie in your collection. However, didn't remember how cheesy it was. Maybe that was the point.

The originals are always better but the remake seems a bit more serious.

As for most exclusive Blu-ray’s, this steelbook edition is very bland and basic in comparison to most steelbooks that were released by Best Buy. It offers nothing new as far as bonus context. Lastly there is no digital copy as it prompts in the front of the case. Ive returned the copy for in exchange another copy and still no digital copy.

The two stars is not for the movie itself, but the fact that it did not include the digital code as advertised.

Only by this if you don't already have the original bluray. This release is strictly a money grab. Nothing more. This is the EXACT same disc as the last anoes bluray/steelbook. SAME DISC. They even put a picture of Freddy on the back from Freddy vs Jason!!! They ALSO didn't include the digital code!!! I'm disappointed with it and I'm a Huge Elm street collector. THIS RELEASE IS ONLY FOR ELM STREET AND/OR STEELBOOK COLLECTORS like myself.

It’s an okay Steelbook, I just wish they would of had an accurate NOES 1 Freddy on the art because that’s from Freddy Vs Jason

Great movie but didn’t come with digital code as stated. When contacting the store they said there was nothing they could do.

The movie was as good as it was when it came out. No surprises there. What was the surprise was the fact that we purchased this edition for the digital code to use on VUDU as we are beginner campers, so having a player is not always possible but streaming, just to find that the code was not in the case at all. In fact we've been waiting on VUDU to try and generate a code so we can stream it.

I did not get my Digital code with my product. Not Best Buy’s fault but still disheartening.

The film deserve 5 five stars but WB doesn’t None of these blu rays have a digital copy insert and WB is giving me a hard time providing me with a code, 7 mails with pictures and receipt since the day i bought it and they still asking for more pictures, anyway just be aware if you looking to get your digital copy Code....
