The problem I have is that when I went online and chatted to find out if Best Buy could fix my issue, he never told that Best Buy only repairs items like mine only if I had purchased a warranty. It was a waste of my time to bring it in.

Audio installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guys did a quick and easy installation for my speakers and amplifier. Not that hard but it was a Sonos Amp which is not like most other audio amplifiers since it works off of an app you download and allows better direct wifi for Apple music, Spotify and many others. Where the Geek Squad guys really did a good job was walking me through the app and how it all works. saved me a lot of hours of trial and error. Very satisfied.
