Geek Squad techs Zach and Brandon were friendly and knowledgeable when reconnecting my Denon receiver to my TV sound system.

two of the geek squad installers came to our home and gave advise that we needed to build out our fireplace mantle in order for the pull down bracket to clear the fireplace. Bad advice. After spending $1500 to hire a contractor to professionally build a unit to hold the bracket, it was diagnosed by another geek squad installer that the build out was not NECESSARY. How and why would this happen? Incorrect information and misdiagnosed is not acceptable.

The agent set up my home theatre system in very short order. He systemically went from one system to another by integrating the new system with the older system.

The agents connected my new receiver and everything works perfectly. TV, tuner, cd, dvd player and phono all working.

geek squad was excellent in getting all items connected. They went over the usage of all items. Extremely happy with their work.
