He answered all my silly questions and made sure all the wires were secure and hidden… checked everything was working and was super nice. When it comes to setting up audio with so many wires, etc., I don’t trust myself to get it right, but I know the Geek Squad will.

I have an old Onkyo HTR-550 surround system that I was hooking up to a new TV and was having trouble getting it to work. So I called Best Buy to see if they would hook it up. They said they would and to my surprise they sent out 2 technicians who knew what they were doing and after testing the system were able to get it to work beautifully. I have nothing but phrases Matthew and his assistant from the geek squad!!! And their service fee was very reasonable!

In these restrictive times of COVID, BestBuy has made it easy to upgrade and install my sonos and home theater. They provide great advice in selecting and installing equipment

The agents disconnected the Bose Lifestyle V 35 from the Sony TV and reactivated the internal speakers of the TV. They also showed me how to operate the remotes.

Cody came to install an auxiliary antenna for a receiver that I had recently purchased, but with which I was having trouble getting an FM station that I liked. Cody quickly diagnosed the problem, that the original attached antenna with the receiver had not been uncoiled, so as soon as he did that I didn't need the auxiliary antenna. Cody quickly credited me for the auxiliary antenna plus his home visit since the attached antenna should have been uncoiled on the original installation. I really appreciated how quickly he diagnosed the problem and his honesty in telling me the issue.

The technician installed all components and connected the five speakers to the av receiver. Also, assigned three different inputs to the receiver.

Dan was great got everything set up and configured the 2nd zone for me. He took the time to make sure all the inputs were working correctly.

The techs was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They handed the job with breeze and were respectful of my property.
