Not the laugh out loud flick I heard it was, but it was genuinely funny and a joy to watch.

I purchased this for my husband and I to watch and add to our camp collection. We were hoping for it to be awesome since both Robert Redford and Nick Nolte were in it. It was mildly entertaining but was also slow at parts.

Filn version of Bryson's book is rendered a shallow sitcom here. A very silly movie not worth your time save for Nick Nolte's salty presence. He's the best thing in it.

Though the package was sealed, the Blu-ray would not play. Title could be read, but that was it. Had to return it to the store only to find out there were no more in stock.

This movie just didn't go anywhere. I am sure there is a hidden meaning behind some of the things that happen but I just didn't get it.

Bought this as a gift. When it was opened and put into the player it would not work. Took it back to the store and it was tried on heir player. Did not work. When it was originally opened it had fingerprints all over it. Also, it had a line going through it. Was told that several of the discs had been returned since they did not work. Told same about DVD. The manufacturer? Advised not to purchase another. Disappointed.
