    Got this monitor and plugged it in on the same day and it didn't power on. Now, I can't return because of COVID-19. When I am able to do so, I don't know if I should exchange, because it was just a lemon, or return and get another. This is very disappointing at such times when I have to work from home every day.

    Low resolution that hurt my eye

    I can see this being a basic monitor if you really need one. However, if you're a writer and sitting in front of your computer all day, the resolution on this thing is so low that the letters were a bit blurry for me. Granted, my main monitor is an iMac with 4k resolution so perhaps it was the drastic difference that hurt my eyes. I ended up getting a LG 4k monitor in the end for my situation.

    Bad Screen View

    The screen pixel is not what I expected it to be. I attempted to change the settings, but that did nothing to improve the picture. I am aware now that I need a better model for a computer monitor like one with LCD or HD. Sincerely An unsatisfied customer

    Literally Heartbroken

    I was so excited to see my monitor was delivered over a week earlier than the anticipated delivery date provided at my time of purchase. I was easily able to connect the monitor to its stand and plug it into my laptop as a second monitor. Unfortunately, when it was time to power up the monitor, that is when I discovered that the panel with the power/ function buttons was defective. When you press ANY of the buttons, the entire panel kind of sinks into the monitor and it does not power up. Beautiful, useless piece of equipment and the stores are closed and only assisting with order pickups, so I have in my possession, a monitor that I cannot use. I’ve tried to phone into see what my optIons are regarding a refund, but with the pandemic and reduced employees, no one answers.

    Connected the cord and monitor did not power on. BestBuy rep told me they don't have many replacements units. Not buying anything Acer again. Waste of time.

    Once hooked up I could tell right away the product was not for me. The contrast was poor and I was not impressed. Returned in store with no issues.

    DON'T SHOP AT BEST BUY!

    I ordered for my sons to do online school. I have been working 14 hours a day with COVID at the hospital and have not had time to set up until today since they come home from their dads and start next Tuesday. Well the screen is cracked, right out of the box. It has been 32 days and they won't' exchange. Do not recommend shopping here.

    I love this Monitor. I bought two for a dual monitor set up. Great quality. They are basic, no cameras or sound, but for the price I paid, I can always use my laptop for that.

    DOA - Power button did not work

    Bought two of these Acer monitors, returned one after getting it home and finding it would not turn on. Power button did not ‘click’ and operate like the other one. Would have returned both given the questionable quality but needed to keep the other to work from home.
