    Wobbly and POOR Picture Quality

    This was my first monitor I have ever bought, perhaps I just had too high of expectations. As I am typing this, the monitor tilts from left to right, very wobbly. Worse than the wobble is the picture quality. Going from a 13" MacBook Pro (2019) Retina display to this feels like going back to an old CRT. It is extremely fuzzy. I have gone through all settings on MBP and on the Acer and nothing crispness it up to match that of the MBP laptop screen.

    Not again in this life

    Screen starting having issues a couple months in, charger stopped working a few days after I got it back from the depo. Acer lives up to their name of being cheap nonsense for a cheap price.

    You Get What You Pay For

    You get what you pay for, this monitor just felt very cheap. It worked as expected however, the quality simply wasn't there. I returned it for a Samsung 4K monitor.

    Acer LED 27-inch ---- Out of Box Failure :-(

    Power ON/OFF button on back and monitor (right out of box) wouldn't even turn ON. We tested outlet and power cord and confirmed the monitor was new but inoperative. I "thought" it was a great deal. Instead, a LOT of time wasted. I've had other Acer monitors in past. I suggest that all stay away from this model (K2, 27-inch)

    Was 10 days out of 30 day return before opened box. Dead on arrival and bb would do nothing except tell to call mfg. bought expensive tv last year and it turned out to be defective return and had to get mfg to replace. Mfg said their deal with bb is that they have to eat defective item returns, so be careful, it appears I have gotten stuck again with defective item.

    Its an okay monitor. Fair for the price. Used most days since early april. Currently end of june and it has a dead pixel. Other that its fine.

In brief, it would take more than two bright stuck pixels to qualify for warranty repair. But if you are within your return period, you might check with the reseller for your return/swap options.     Purchased 2 new and one was used and a different type in the box. Returned and got a broken one that had been dropped. Ordered one so I would have a matching set and Acre but different model came. debating what to do tired of driving an hour to get stuff that is damaged or not what I want.

    Worked great - Until it just died, 2 weeks after the return date. So the Monitor lasted roughly 45 days of use. And now I can't return it. Would not recommend.

    I bought two of these monitors for my sons and they crapped our between 2 to 6 months of operation. I wouldn’t recommend these or any ACER product to anyone. I am so glad that I purchased the extended warranty.

    DO NOT BUY. I purchased this monitor in January of 2022 and by May a strip of pixels already burned out. The monitor is only used several hours each day and turned off at night. Save your money and purchase a better quality monitor

    Do NOT Purchase, I Have had this screen for 4 months, it stopped turning on around Month 3, right outside of the return window. Warning, do not buy this product. It is defective. Almost, seems like it was refurbished.

    BEWARE. It is LCD.

    The description states it is LED, but it is not. The box looks like it is LED. The manual in the box and on-line clearly state it is LCD. I was unable to get the font clear and easy on my eyes. I have replaced it already. It is now in the closet.

    When connected via HDMI, has a black bar at the sides and top of the monitor - you aren't getting the full screen, which defeats the purpose of buying a 27" monitor. Known issue with ACERs if you search online. No resolution from the manufacturer.
