Awesome monitor! This is 2 years after I bought it, my first upgrade for my 3070ti and this has made everything much clearer and the refresh rate is fantastic.

I ordered the monitor online. I was provided with a link to track the arrival to the store. On thethat is was scheduled to arrive, I received a notice that it was available in the Pleasant Hill, CA store. I drove to the store and was out the door with my monitor within 10 minutes. I connected the monitor and it worked immediately. The monitor provides a clear image- Very well satisfied!!

I was looking for a larger monitor and purchased two of these. So far I've only opened one because it gives me a large enough screen to open two documents side by side and work on them. I've also been using it to stream Netflix and Prime. The picture quality is awesome.

Good monitor for work. It is a massive upgrade from a small laptop screen, and you should get it if you just want a big monitor, and not an amazing refresh rate. This monitor only has a 60hz display, so not the best display.

Easy setup. Nice quality images. Wide screen allows for viewing multiple documents simultaneously. A good workstation monitor.

Looks nice. Pretty good for the price. Good for text editing and web browsing. I should have known better to try to edit photos on such a low priced monitor. Contrast could be better and there is a slight green tint. When viewing a dark screen, you really notice the backlight issues, especially on two sides. On screen menu controls are confusing to navigate, but it is rare I would need to.

Great price and monitor the only reason 4 stars not 5 is the fack that you can't adjust the height of the monitor

This Visio TV has a headphone jack but when wireless headphone jack is plugged in, the audio from the TV quits. This is different from my previous Visio that had an RCA-type audio out that had a volume separate from the TV volume that allowed the TV volume to be controlled still by the TV and the headset volume to be controlled by the headset. The TV picture is very good, but when viewed from a little from the side it appears "washed out." Otherwise very good TV. Easy to set up. It is a "smart" TV with apps installed. I would recommend it with some reservations. I no longer have the box it came in, but I would be sure to read it all before purchase to be sure it has the features you want. A good TV for the price, though

For the money, this is a perfect second monitor. I keep this at my relatives' house when I visit so I can continue to work remotely. A good companion to my 13" MacBook Pro.

Representatives were very helpful and courteous. They were knowledgeable and saved me money on my purchases. I intend to return and shop for more items.

I purchased two of these monitors for my parents. The first back in August (that works fine) and the second one in November. About a month after I got it a small vertical black line appeared it the top left side of the monitor that soon expanded to a white rectangle about 1x1.5 inches in size. As the product was past the return date, I reached out to Acer for a fix/replacement. I was told that if the monitor had cracked (hit by something, fell etc.), the warranty does not cover it. The monitor was put on the computer table when it was purchased, was never moved, and had nothing hit/touch it to cause this type of issue). I was told by the Acer representative I will be sent shipping instruction. That turned out to be a generic email telling me I need to ship it with one of the shipping services (dah). I was expecting specific instructions with a shipping label. After another call I was explained the warranty does not cover shipping, but after reviewing the delays, agreed to send me a label. The monitor was shipped and when it got to Acer it appeared (according to the pictures sent to me) to be cracked all over (the white area seemed to have covered large parts of the screen. Acer concluded the monitor was cracked, that the warranty does not cover it and offered to fix it for a fee ($90), that I declined as I prefer to put the money towards a new monitor (from a different brand). The monitor might have been cracked during shipping (which should be covered by Acer’s responsibility), but it did not crack because of my usage of it. Acer’s refusal to take responsibility for a monitor malfunction after less than two months of usage is extremely disappointing. 1 star for Acer’s handling of the situation.

The monitor works well. It is bright and clear and always works.

I bought this monitor because my other one broke and this was literally the only 27-inch monitor available, however, they failed to mention that there is no audio jack, therefore I have to plug in my external speakers into my MacBook instead of the back of the monitor which is rather irritating

works fine for what it is, but once I had it running I wished I'd bought a 4k. 4k's are so much crisper. Huge difference.

Bought this monitor today and was excited to get it hooked up to replace a 10 year HDTV that I’d been using as a monitor. Was pleased with the very slim bezel around the monitor which would be a huge upgrade for me. Unfortunately, I hooked it up and instantly noticed a flickering throughout the display. It wasn’t hugely obvious, but absolutely prevalent enough to be obnoxious when trying to play games or watch video. Downloaded the latest drivers for my video card, checked the card itself to make sure it wasn’t loose and also swapped out HDMI and VGA cables to see if they were the problem. Nothing improved it. Just to be sure I hooked up the old TV I was using prior and the picture was great. Extremely disappointed. I’d heard good things about Acer, but my first impression was terrible. A decade old flat panel TV displayed a much better picture. Don’t think I’ll be trying Acer again - I’ll just pay the extra money for a more trusted brand.

This monitor worked well for a couple of weeks, but after that it has been absolutely terrible. The problem is that it does not consistently recognize the HDMI signal even though I have tried multiple HDMI cords. Even after it has recognized the HDMI signal, it is never very long before the signal is dropped which is incredibly frustrating to work with.
