Customer service is your last line of defense and it is make or break, these guys (not Best Buy, it was a 3rd party) decided to use this as an opportunity to make the customer happy.

And if I took the cover off, I couldn’t stand on the iPad up. Maybe if the connector is a little bit longer it would stay connected to the iPad.
