I previously had good experiences with this practice, selecting the description of "Excellent - Like New". When I opened the box, I noticed right away that the monitor was not "Excellent - Like New" as the bottom of the display had plastic separation and had fingerprints all over the screen. The items supplied (stand, power supply and screen) were loosely packaged in bubble wrap in an oversized box. I was very disappointed in the condition of the product and the packaging and decided to return it w/o even plugging it in. When I returned it to the store, the employee plugged the monitor in and the screen was damaged as if it was struck by someone or something that was in the box.

The circular chrome logo has clear triangles around the edges and it's quite obvious it shouldn't be used for gaming or HD viewing, let alone FHD. There are better, cheaper options.

Open box did not work
