    "Excellent - Like New" - Not even close to Fair!

    I purchased this monitor online as an opened boxed item. I previously had good experiences with this practice, selecting the description of "Excellent - Like New". When I opened the box, I noticed right away that the monitor was not "Excellent - Like New" as the bottom of the display had plastic separation and had fingerprints all over the screen. The items supplied (stand, power supply and screen) were loosely packaged in bubble wrap in an oversized box. I was very disappointed in the condition of the product and the packaging and decided to return it w/o even plugging it in. When I returned it to the store, the employee plugged the monitor in and the screen was damaged as if it was struck by someone or something that was in the box.

    Solid secondary monitor

    I tepically only use this as a second monitor for things like discord. The monitor is nothing special but could easily be an upgrade if you play games on a tv.

    It's cheap, but it doesn't work well with a Mini dock and the overall resolution is grainy. The circular chrome logo has clear triangles around the edges and it's quite obvious it shouldn't be used for gaming or HD viewing, let alone FHD. There are better, cheaper options.

    I ordered open box excellent condition as I have with many other items and when I received the monitor it would not turn on and a corner of the monitor was out of the frame

    Disappointing lack of features

    The on off switch located on back of monitor instead of at base. Have to remove monitor from built in computer desk to turn off. Very cheaply made ,

    Where is the sound?

    Purchased for price. Screen quality is ok. There is no sound. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling driver, but nothing is working. Brand new, very frustrating

      If you click on Show Full Specs on the Best Buy product page, it will show that this monitor does not have built in speakers. acer
