After more than a decade's service from my previous set, it was time to move into the Twenty-Twenties. I appreciate Best Buy having the 24" size available (at all), and in stock for same day purchase - even better! The reasons that I am not giving five stars are: 1) The power and other settings button are all on the back of the monitor. I appreciate the sleekness on the front, but it's awkward to try to find those buttons to turn off and on the display. Not a great functional choice. 2) The shiny finish on the base looks good initially, but every spec of dust shows. The surface is quite prone to showing every casual scratch, too. The highly polished surface is not going to stay that way long. 3) My previous monitors had a cache-tray sort of base, which was a good place to corral the markers and other pen that I use in my work. This model just has the shiny base which doesn't allow for any storage. Bit of wasted space. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the display qualities. The colors are vivid. I can readily read text in spreadsheets, which is definitely a thumbs up feature.
