The buying experience was great and I've had great tech support but therein lies the issue... Since I purchased the Acer...I have had coninuous trouble trying to connect the screen to my 5-year old Lenovo which I also purchased from Best Buy. I've had several calls to Geek Squad to find a solution...I've made a couple trips to my BB store for consultation...to check the HDMI cable (it works) and purchase an adapter...and I have scheduled a 2nd GS rep to my home this coming week....all in hopes of trying to make a connection. It seeem a workaround has been found that allows us to view and use the Acer screen but not in the way it should be. We hope the next rep can find a permaneent solution. Otherwise, when working, the screen works fine. In spite of, I have not lost confidence in BB. We have bought 2 big TVs, a PC and now a second PC screen...the latter which remains in limbo. Thank you.

If you're looking for a cheap monitor, look no further. That is all you will if you purchase this Acer monitor. A cheap product. I decided to return the product within 10 minutes of setting it up. I decided to get an HP instead and I have to say I am very happy I paid the extra $50.

Monitor Stand Not Adjustable

The stand is not adjustable. I read comments about it not being adjustable but did not realize the monitor is angled downward. I would not purchase this monitor again.

No speaker or camera or audio jacks for speakers which occasionally I miss but can get by with the ones on the laptop. Resolution on screen is good, not fabulous.

However, it made me realize the usefulness of a features I really hadn't noticed in other monitors. That is the ability to adjust the height and angle of the monitor. Still this is a good value for a quality display.
