Does pretty good for what I needed gaming wise. Started using it only for work. I bought the laptop in November and by April the battery would not last longer than 2 hours (only using outlook/teams). Frustrating this already has issues for being brand new AND was otherwise rated well.

It was purchased for coding college courses with excellent display and battery life. Only thing it's missing for me is touch screen. :-)

I tried everything I could think of to get the performance to just be consistent but nothing worked. Even with Nvidia's new GPU clock analysis it still ran horribly. I tested on Helldivers 2 with all medium settings, no motion blur, no depth of field, no RTX, lowered resolution and I was getting 20FPS with only 3 GB of VRAM in use. I also tested on The Finals, Medium settings, with DLSS both on and off, and the lag spikes were still really bad-- to the point where I could not casually compete in quick play. Windows updates were done, Nvidia drivers were updated, power was set to performance, heat was not an issue (since I could barely play for an hour)

I'd reccommend it
