Pros: *Crazy specs for the price *Arrived with no dead pixels *Solid stand, no wobble at all *Vivid display, and extremely bright (even at lower brightness settings). HDR looked great too. Cons: *Loud fan! It has an active cooling fan, which even at idle was pretty loud imo. *Could not get it to run at advertised 165 Hz, on both HDMI and DP. *On my 6800 XT, memory clock would lock into max at all times and never downclock. *SDR local dimming algorithm could be a lot better. There are different options, and none of them worked well. *Really terrible OSD; actual layout/buttons are pretty bad, and even worse is changing the settings... they increment but one and sloow, even with button held down!

These are a few of the issues I noticed. I honestly cannot recommend this to anyone who watches YouTube/Movies regularly. - The Reds.... omg the reds on this monitor are terrible and bleed out into a pink hue. When watching YouTube, light skinned people always had a pink hue and even dark skinned people would show this hue. Everything on the red spectrum was seemingly just over saturated. This unfortunately couldn't be fixed with any color profile offered in the monitors settings. - The menu... Many people have mentioned it and I read about it before buying this monitor but didn't think it would be that bad... It is that bad. Very cumbersome to navigate.

Fantastic colors and great HDR. Personally it far surpasses any of my friends monitors. All my friends that have seen it in person have been blown away by the colors alone. Only issue is it appears to disconnect from DP whenever I alt tab from a full screen game, I’ve never encountered this on any of my previous monitors but it’s not that noticeable.

The display is nice but the anti reflective coating really dulls the display. Also OSD buttons are extremely hard to use and it’s not very intuitive so if you need to make any changes in settings half of the time you’ll accidentally turn off the monitor. Very poorly designed monitor. Monitor would malfunction within a few days of purchasing where it would randomly turn off while connected to PC and would not turn back on at all.

First of all, the specs on this are great! The issues I ran into were with video playback (from both a 4k capable laptop and Series X). The videos would not play smoothly. Seemed to skip a couple frames. Changed around settings to lessen the issue but you could tell it wasnt right. The second issue was regarding the IPS glow. My desk is not that deep at 24” so when sitting st my desk i could see the obvious glow from the angle I was at. Not to mention is does have typical backlight bloom. I ended up returning it and ultimately getting the Odyssey G6 27” curved which fit my viewing angle better.

Is a Good monitor, gave it a 4 start just because for my setup is to big. Also it made me realize that to uses the monitor full potential I need to upgrade my graphics card.

Looks great and is the perfect size for what I need. Some people got a much larger one but every time I play on it’s like a tv and I gotta sit back. Also the pixel density is so great that it is genuinely a struggle to see them individually even when I’m really close to the screen. I did have to mess with some settings to make it what I wanted to see but that took me like 5 minutes to do.

Hdr does not display perfect picture at 144hz and above due to compression artifacts related to dsc over dp 1.4. Hdr is not automatically triggered by the monitor so manual switching is required. Input latency is very very bad below 144hz and not great at 160hz. Local diming is beautiful and the sharpness of the panel is perfect. Color is also great. Not for me, but if you want oled visuals this is pretty close. Just know the drawbacks.

Image quality is excellent with a MiniLED backlight that provides enough contrast for an entry level HDR experience. The issue, however, is everything else that comes with the panel - horrible non-intuitive OSD with multiple clumsy buttons, an awful forced sharpening effect in HDR mode (that cannot be forced off, even with "super-sharpen" set to OFF), inability to change the backlight setting in HDR mode, and some minor gripes such as an audible fan and an ambient LED light that is so dim, I question why they included it.

Bought on a recommendation from someone else as a good primary monitor for a Mac Mini. Did not disappoint. Good resolution up to 3840 at up to 144 Hz refresh, at a reasonable price. Connects with usb-c, hmdi, others. Two passthrough USB-A ports, and two HMDI.

The 160Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time deliver a responsive experience, while HDR1000 enhances visual depth. Its sleek black design adds a touch of sophistication to any gaming setup.

This monitor is a big step up from my previous 1080p monitor. However, on a black screen the whites are very washed. Also, with the price of OLED monitors coming down I would trade this for a OLED in a heartbeat. I think OLED monitors of the same size cost as much as this monitor did just 10 mo the ago.

This monitor has a lot of good things going for it but the issues it has was a deal breaker for me. The native contrast ratio is very low and even though it has local dimming zones, it ruins the picture quality when used. HDR is a nightmare to use as other reviewers have noted but the deal breaker for me was the menu navigation and buttons that broke off while calibrating.
