don't buy, it is a poor monitor

The build quality is terrible. And the specs are low for the cost. Dell, LG, and HP make better monitors. I would rather buy a Dell Alienware AW3423DWF or AW3225QF.

The biggest problem was the input lag. When going back to the Home Screen the screen would go black for 10 seconds or more. I didn’t really see a problem with the osd, just takes some time to figure out the buttons.

No-regrets purchase

Response time is amazing and the color depth is wild. Skipped the 160hz option since it requires disabling freesync. Running this with an R9 3900X and RTX 3080 10GB.

Great Gaming Monitor

I purchased this monitor for my Xbox Series X because of the HDMI 2.1 capability. Performs great and the ability to adjust every aspect of my gaming needs is a huge plus too.

My monitor was defective.

However, I purchased this monitor today and the OSD menu would not stay on the screen for me to change any of my settings. It just kept going black as I was trying to adjust anything, and would go into power saving mode. It also wouldn’t detect any signal from my HDMI cables. I tried different plug outlets, different cables etc. For some reason, I couldn’t even get the menu of this monitor to work. So, I could never see any “picture” outside of the first screen that says “acer nitro.” I had to return this monitor after only assembling it and trying to get the OSD menu to work, which was about a 2-hour span of time. I guess I was just unlucky, hopefully the monitor works out for most people!

Order brand new in box and received a refurbished

I ordered a brand new Acer - Nitrvo XV275k P3 with free shipping. When The monitor arrived it was not brand new in box. The item i received had been previously opened. The tape seal had been cut open already. when i opened the box The cables were not in their sealed bags they were loose in box. I could not even test if the monitor was working because the power supply brick was missing from the box. Furthermore there was light cosmetic damage on the back of the monitor. What i received was clearly a return/refurbished monitor. I had paid for a "new" and received an open box with missing parts and slight cosmetic damage. It is unacceptable to pay $600 for a "new" monitor when it comes as open box. Especially when open box goes for around $450. I have returned the monitor in question to my local BestBuy location and currently waiting for a new in box replacement model. The local Best Buy employees were very helpful and upset that they were having to deal with a warehouse inventory problem from out of state. The manager seemed upset about having to eat the cost of another warehouse location mistake. Best Buy did upgrade me to 2-day shipping and replacement free of charge. that is nice but that is also bare minimum expectations. The local employees did improve my feelings on the matter because they were helpful and automatically in agreement with me about how i wanted to handle the product i received. lastly i will say, How the monitor ships was mildly concerning. Came via Fedex and wasnt in a box. Monitor was just in its normal retail packaging. I know this is the Norm for purchasing monitors online even thru other retailers but it shouldn't be. In the future i would like to see Monitors sold thru any retailer come in a box other than just the retail packaging. Again, I will update this review after i receive the product i paid for, and not a refurbished model.
