    The monitor is pretty good, giving good specs for the price. Unfortunately, my buttons aren’t responding or whatever is wrong with them. The menu consistently pops up and there is nothing that I can do to get rid of it. None of my back buttons work except the one to enter the menu, and that one barely works as well. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, please let me know. It is still a great monitor, and without the menu glitches, it would’ve received 4 stars.

    The PC is exactly what my son wanted and was such a great birthday surprise for him! Everything runs quickly and it was a very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend!

    I just connected the monitor to the play station and discovered a defect, and it says in the app that I can’t return it online, “try it later or go to the nearest Best Buy, I live in Juneau, nearest Best Buy in Anchorage, what should I do ? Return me my money.

    Screen stopped working

    Screen stopped working after 7 months of use it was like a frozen picture then when i swtitced hdmi it became a black screen that would slowly become this galaxy looking thing then it would slowly turn into just black and white lines going from top to bottom. Worked good for a few a months then started making lines in the screen from left to right.

    Sadly only lasted 4 months before 1/5 of the screen verically is darkened. Don’t buy Acer monitors.

    After 4 months this monitor screen went black and everything I tried failed. Cannot recommend this monitor to anyone.

    I ordered this monitor online through the app and got a broken monitor. The reason I ordered online is so I don't have to go to the shop and go through all the formalities to purchase a monitor.
