This monitor sits right in the middle for me. It has some really strong points, but also a few things that keep it from being great. The 180Hz refresh rate and 0.5ms response time are definitely the highlight. Gaming feels smooth, and motion clarity is solid for fast-paced titles. If that’s your main focus, it does the job well. The IPS panel gives decent colors and good viewing angles, but it’s not amazing. Colors can feel a little flat out of the box, and it may need some tweaking to look its best. It’s fine for casual use, but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything color-critical. Build quality is where it starts to feel more budget. The stand is pretty limited in adjustability, and the overall feel isn’t premium. It works, but it’s nothing special. A few downsides: • HDR isn’t very noticeable in real use • Brightness could be better in well-lit rooms • Settings may need adjusting to get a good picture • Feels a bit “entry-level” despite the specs Overall: It’s a decent monitor if you mainly care about refresh rate and smooth gameplay, but it cuts corners in other areas. Not bad, not amazing, just solidly average.

If your looking for a monitor for your console this one is it 120 plus HZ and it’s cheap

To keep it simple, it’s a great monitor for the resolution and price. While many out there claim at 1080p you shouldn’t look at a 27”, for my wife’s needs of general computer use plus some gaming, it’s been totally fine. We have had it for about 6 months now and it’s done the job great. It has much better colors and clearness than I expected for it being a lower price 27” 1080p monitor, and I totally recommend it to someone specifically looking for a 1080p 27”.

This is so much better than my standard monitor I love the refresh rates everything just looks much crisper. I would recommend this monitor for a first time gamer

Acer monitors always urprise me for their build quality, I've always had great luck with them. This one is not exception. For a less expensive monitor option this one is unbeatable. Excellent picture quality and response time (love the 180hz refresh). My only ding is that this one is not white-listed by Nvidia for G-Sync. That only matters to some, but would be a nice feature.

I had been looking for a monitor that had a higher refresh rate than your standard 60hz. Once purchasing, set up was simple and took less than 10 minutes to figure out height and angle, and the settings were straight forward to max out refresh rate and color calibration. Makes you feel like you’re in every video you watch and all the games you might be playing. Recommend for those who want a higher graphic setting/refresh rate/greater color range for a resonable price!

After shopping around for a good gaming monitor that wouldn't break the bank, I opted for the Acer Nitro. I'm a bit OCD so I was looking for a monitor that is the same brand as my laptop and the Nitro checked all of the boxes. I'm just a casual gamer and was looking for something that wasn't too large and would compliment my laptop when using the monitor. Super easy to use straight out of the box and after a few teaks I was good to go.
