I just connected the monitor to the play station and discovered a defect, and it says in the app that I can’t return it online, “try it later or go to the nearest Best Buy, I live in Juneau, nearest Best Buy in Anchorage, what should I do ? Return me my money.

Screen stopped working after 7 months of use it was like a frozen picture then when i swtitced hdmi it became a black screen that would slowly become this galaxy looking thing then it would slowly turn into just black and white lines going from top to bottom. Worked good for a few a months then started making lines in the screen from left to right.

After 4 months this monitor screen went black and everything I tried failed. Cannot recommend this monitor to anyone.

Sadly only lasted 4 months before 1/5 of the screen verically is darkened. Don’t buy Acer monitors.

I have been using this moonitor for almost 2 months now and have been really happy with it! The Freesync has been working really well in gaming and I personally am completely happy with the 1080p resolution. I don't really feel that I need 4k for my games currently and having the higher frame rates has been more important for me anyway. it also is hdr capable which has been really neat, especially with windows auto hdr feature. overall I have been really happy and would recommend this monitor to others. the price for what you get feature wise makes this monitor a good choice

It’s awesome and I love it! Amazing refresh rate, just be sure to change your computer’s settings to match this monitor’s capabilities. At first I felt the colors were somewhat dull, but after changing power saving settings I’m getting incredible colors.
