I have used, autocad, photoshop, high powered games, and coding. The battery is decent for a powerful laptop, its weight is reasonable, the screen is rather good, it wont glare or tear the image. Download speeds among ports, wifi, etc are incredible. Build quality is very good, everything lines up and everything is tough material.

Optimization and spec problems

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When you first set it up and get your games it won’t perform well so you will have to reinstall your drivers and mess with your system settings to optimize the computer to run well, it took me a full month of owning the computer to finally get close to the advertised performance and I’ve tried everything including running a command that gets me ultimate performance which barely helped out. Don’t buy this if you have no computer experience and you’d rather not mess with stuff on the computer you have no idea about also there is a bunch of more bloatware than what hp or other pc companies have in there version of windows 11 as well as I can’t find any of the correct specs for the sdram and the 2 extra slots for storage expansion which both other forums,Best Buy and acer have no idea what this laptop uses because they all say different things like having ddr5 sdram support even tho it only supports a max or 32gb ddr4? 3200mhz sdram. Also the battery last like 3 hours even when your optimize it for battery life

Customer service make me confuse

I brought it during the winter sale season. A few days after delivery, it has a light leak at the corner of the screen. I went to a store nearby and asked them to exchange a new one. "They said it is sold out and if you want to exchange it, you have to pay full price". What the ****?

If you're looking for a decent budget laptop with the latest intel CPU generation as of writing this review and a dedicated gpu in it then go pick this one up! And it has a neat display and backlit keyboard too.
