December 2024 something fried a part of the motherboard and it completely stopped working. Stopped turning on, wouldn’t charge. I was informed that it would be an expensive fix, so I had to get an entirely new laptop. Broke my heart. It was good while it lasted, I just wish it lasted longer. Especially since this bad boy costs over $1k.

She likes the backlit colored keys and said the display is awesome. She really likes the fact that the power cord plugs into back instead of the side. She said the connectivity is outstanding, it can reach out and grab a signal at distance.

Good, needs to be better

Sent it in for repair under warranty and they downloaded new software that seemed to cause alot of dyfunction. Wish we had used the Geek squad instead of Acer.
