I got this for my wife to upgrade from a chrome book. We’re both gamers so of course a chrome book wasn’t going to work. She loves it plays games everyday and it makes call of duty and Icarus look like master pieces.

Awesome laptop. I can run any game on ultra settings and it’s super fast.

Great starter for gaming. Runs most games at high settings. Great video quality. I recommend adding another 1tb SSD to maximize capabilities which is extremely easy to install.

Love everything about the computer except the battery life. So far, has not been an issue. I can just plug it in when needed. Great for AUTO CAD and Photoshop.

So far so good! Added a 1tb for extra storage. Boots up quick, very quiet, easy set up. Fans are kinda loud when heavy gaming but headphones drown it out.

Kind of laggy sometimes, not a big problem though.

It runs my games fast with good graphics. The only problem would be the battery life is only a few hours but it does tell you that when you purchase.

Best gaming PC i've ever owned. It does have a loud fan but that can be controlled but it can be pretty loud at times when it is working hard but rightfully so.

Very good laptop for gaming and editing videos I’ve had it for a year and have had no problems. Ran all my games perfectly.

Got this as my wife's first gaming computer and so far she really enjoys it. Battery life is just average, and it runs as the hardware it has should. Not a bad value for the included hardware either.

I have been very impressed with this laptop. The performance is great for all of the games I play which includes Guild Wars 2, World of Warcraft and Destiny 2. I am also a music producer so having Thunderbolt 4 was a requirement for connecting my recording gear. If I had to pick something negative it would be the screen. While it is 144hz it has horrible color accuracy so everything looks pretty dull and the screen is not very bright. Overall i have enjoyed the laptop and i do plan to keep it.

I got it on sale for $799 and it was well worth it. It isn’t capable of running ultra high settings, but that’s not what I wanted anyways. A PC that runs mid-high settings is all I wanted and this fit the bill perfectly.

Honestly I bought the laptop for sims 4 but its perfect for work too. I am able to access all of my work apps and still play the game with no slowing down. I also have loads of CC and Mods.

Great little system. The 3050 Ti is kind of a dud compared to the 3060 Ti when it comes to benchmarks, but I've been very happy with it for the price. The screen looks great and everything is the same quality I have come to expect after owning an older Nitro 5 for almost 3.5 years

Acer Nitro 5 laptops are excellent budget gaming laptops. They are relatively inexpensive compared to other offerings but you get a lot for your money. This is my 2nd Acer Nitro 5 Laptop and it is improved from my previous laptop. Pros: Solid Hardware for the price - 12th Gen i5 is powerful and 3050ti will handle most games at 1080p. RGB Color zones on keyboard is a nice upgrade from the solid red the keys were stuck at with previous versions. 144 hz refresh rate monitor makes using this laptop and gaming on it a treat. Easy upgradability - once you pop off the bottom, the upgradability components are easily accessible! Ports located in the back of the laptop make the sides of the laptop less cluttered improving ease of use. Cons: Monitor quality/colors seem a bit "dated". While the improved refresh rate is awesome, the screen isn't very vibrant. Not bad, just not great. Keyboard - the keys are something I would like to see upgraded in the next version of this laptop. This laptop is hard not to recommend at the less expensive price point. Excellent as a first laptop or for someone who wants to get into PC gaming because it comes with a great CPU, decent video card and a good monitor and keyboard all for less than $1000. Hard to beat.
