I love this laptop, its perfect for gaming, good price

Acer Nitro 5 laptops are excellent budget gaming laptops. They are relatively inexpensive compared to other offerings but you get a lot for your money. This is my 2nd Acer Nitro 5 Laptop and it is improved from my previous laptop. Pros: Solid Hardware for the price - 12th Gen i5 is powerful and 3050ti will handle most games at 1080p. RGB Color zones on keyboard is a nice upgrade from the solid red the keys were stuck at with previous versions. 144 hz refresh rate monitor makes using this laptop and gaming on it a treat. Easy upgradability - once you pop off the bottom, the upgradability components are easily accessible! Ports located in the back of the laptop make the sides of the laptop less cluttered improving ease of use. Cons: Monitor quality/colors seem a bit "dated". While the improved refresh rate is awesome, the screen isn't very vibrant. Not bad, just not great. Keyboard - the keys are something I would like to see upgraded in the next version of this laptop. This laptop is hard not to recommend at the less expensive price point. Excellent as a first laptop or for someone who wants to get into PC gaming because it comes with a great CPU, decent video card and a good monitor and keyboard all for less than $1000. Hard to beat.

Not a bad starting laptop. I got mine in October, and have enjoyed it thus far. The only issue I have is the storage. If you don’t have a storage device to put inside it, you’re going to be out of luck. Other than that, it’s met all my expectations and more!

It works exceptionally for the price. It comes with some pretty cool software. I'm able to play the games I love with great graphics and no performance lag. I've had it for a little over a month and its holding pretty good. I love how I can adjust the fan speeds to ensure it doesn't overheat. The adjustable backlight on the keyboard is insanely customizable. Probably my favorite laptop purchase to date; not the most expensive but favorite and most economically sound. You get allot of bang for your buck.

Its give you the best bang for your money without breaking the bank. I spent the first day just doing the updates . It has windows 10 but it is eligible for windows 11.

This laptop is actually really really amazing. Best bang for your buck, I did so many other laptop reviews in this one always ends up coming out on top. One of the big things it's held me with is truly leveled up. My video editing game. Rendering videos now takes so much less time than my previous laptop( which was a older Dell XPS 13 version.) There's laptop runs really smooth, the fans aren't very loud at all, and the gaming experience is totally incredible! Highly recommend.

One year in, works super smoothly still. Good amount of space, don't recommend for heavy photo editing but games run well. No complaints so far.

Amazing for the price!! Running WoW on ultra settings over 110fps while I hangout with my wife. Carry it to and from work in a drawstring backpack with ease.

Can’t beat this laptop at the $799 on sale price point. Hard drive is a little small at 512g, but external SSD drives are relatively inexpensive nowadays. I like that it has a 10 key numpad in a 15.6” laptop. A rarity.
