I saw my name and tried to click on it but it wouldn't do anything after that then the keyboard didn't work at all. I tried typing taskmgr after doing F10 but I couldn't type anything. I am 66 and disabled and have serious health issues and I am going to have to have a Geek Squad expert set the laptop for me. I only need it for one thing only for indoor golf. I've never had a laptop and have forgotten so many things about computers. I hope I get the help I need.
