Need something new

At first the EA app wasn’t functioning but after a few attempts it runs very fast. So far the battery life is terrible and it’s heavy but it’s better than what we had.

You can go hours without overheating and the battery lasts a long time!

Good value for the price

Overall it has worked really well for gaming. It’s used everyday for about one to two hours. About a year ago an issue occurred with the keyboard and it wasn’t worth fixing so we use an external keyboard and mouse. It’s just starting to give us problems and I assume we will need to get another soon. For a laptop, I would assume this is a typical lifespan.
