Computer bricked itself after 3 weeks. Will not power up in any way even when plugged into charger. Terrible computer.

Laptop greatly exceeded expectations for only $900 You get an i5 12th gen which is better than some i7 11th gen. It is wicked fast and performs excellently. For example, I achieve 300 fps in both val and fortnite on low settings. This laptop is comparable to $1300 laptops. One flaw is the battery life. You can get only 1.5-2.5 hours on this. I just plug it in constantly though so this is not an issue for me. Overall, I would've still bought this laptop even if it was $1300.

My speaker was really bad it sounded my battery too

Got this so I could finally run Minecraft without my computer crashing. Works well. I've also run several steam games as well as some large-scale multiplayer games. I like the amount of ports it has and that I'm able to customize the keyboard.

The graphics card is great dont let any experts say that a rtx 3050ti sucks its a gaming laptop there expensive and you dont need 4k on a monitor on the laptop your barely notice it unless your on a huge tv 1440p or 1080 works the best

My grandson loved this gaming laptop till this day he is still using it and we are in 2025. Great Laptop

Honestly an incredible laptop! Can run games pretty fast, loads up quick, pretty solid all around. The only problem is the battery life! I keep it plugged in anyways, but definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget gaming laptop!

Good computer I did not expect this computer to be this good at such a good price you will like this computer at the moment you get it you won’t want to get another one because this one is good. The problem with this computer is the battery, it runs out pretty quick but only if you use to much brightness and color on your keyboard for it to glow but overall a good computer.

Great laptop! I use it for some gaming, but I bought it for some video/photo editing I do and it is awesome!

The thing is amazing. I love the dhaders i can put on it in mineceaft but the only problem is that the battery alone lasts like 1 1/2 to 3 hours depending on cpu and gpu strain. Its a magnificent laptop that has a few tweaks that it needs. Maybe i can get a longer lasting battery replacement

I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED when i heard best buy was black market i didnt believe but when i purchased a acer nitro 5 5 days later my return was over and this came out i was wondering why my laptop was sold for dirt cheap the worst part is it has more ram and it costs less mine was 1,100 bucks but this is 800... i dont trust best buy anymore And something even worse Is My battery is expanding and the cheap chassis they used is cracking my trackpad is also broken and i cant return it because best buys return policy is awful if you want a place to buy devices that are expensive id go for newegg ebay or amazon DONT BUY FROM BEST BUY
