First and foremost I was so excited about this purchase. The salesman there was to the great job welcome me through things and helping me to find what I felt was at the time the Best buy for my money. The first thing that was odd was the keyboard would not light up. Ended up finding some other people that were ramp said about it and after searching through the internet there was a clue to download to get the keyboard to light up when using. Turned it off for a while come back and now the screen doesn't light up. I'm going to pay for a protection plan but it was only for a year and it was for accidental accident only. I barely used it and it's purchased March 2019. Complete waste of money.

My brother bought this for his wife on her birthday and she loved it ! Really nice gaming laptop. When she is done playing games on her laptop , she watches movies or videos. Really nice gaming laptop

This was bought for my nephew for his high school graduation. He’s off tho college in August & will be studying computer sciences, so this seemed like the best choice, fingers crossed.

It’s a low budget gaming computer. However spend a few extra dollars and upgrade to the next best thing

I use it for work and have not had an issue with the hardware or operating system. I would recommend this one to anyone. Just make sure you configure it for what its use will be.

If you're looking for something to play your games on then you should check out this computer. Not overly expensive but the graphics are crystal clear and the sound quality is great.
