I have a 10+ year old laptop that runs faster than this. So all in all, disappointed in its performance. Some of this is due to windows 10, but not all of it. I wouldn’t purchase it again

The graphics are great. Unfortunately 2 months after the warranty has expired it no longer works. This is the first purchase of this brand. Its also the last purchase as well.

Bought it for my grandson for Christmas

It crashes all the time during his game. I told him why he didn’t tell me so I can take it in to see what’s wrong with it. Afraid they are going to mess with his games, but I payed to much money for it not to be looked at. So we will be in soon with it

For what I need it for (school) but for gaming not really but I always took care of it but about 1 year after I puchased it it started making a 'clik' sound every time I lift up the screen I started to be more gentle everytime I opened it and closed it but ot finaly gave up and broke on the bottom left side and a piece of plastic broke off . I really think that for the price that I got it for, it was going to last at least 3years but it didn't and I did not buy warranty.
