I never upgraded to SSD, as it already worked well and very fast. Then about a year later it got awfully slow. It began to act like a black Friday $299 laptop from Walmart. If I clicked on an icon on the the desktop it would spin and take forever to open a program or app. Sometimes after clicking on rhe icon it would spin like it was "thinking", then go away and do nothing. I would have to click on the icon again. Sometimes I would have to restet it a couple of times just to get it to function. I've done scans, ran anti-virus/malware, transferred and shredded tons of files and nothing. I've got an old HP and Acer that both run faster than this one.

Forza, Apex Legends, Fortnite) have to have video settings at low or medium, or can’t be played at all without a considerable amount of lag. Sure, it does everything a laptop is supposed to do, but when it comes to gaming, this is NOT the way to go.

Should not be called a gaming laptop.

It also had start up issues after being less than a day old. Woukd not always login. Depending on the day it coukd start really fast or really slow. The red keyboard is very hard to see and backlight does not really help.
