Every other key stopped working...including the power button. Ended up shipping it to geek squad and they repaired it in one week (free of charge, because it was under warranty). Something to keep in mind if youre looking at this.

I use this for my games and video editing. My files were super easy to transfer and installing my games was really quick. All my programs have run smoothly and I barely had any delay in getting my work done. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Getting as much as you can with your money this laptop is it. Bravo Zulu to Acer for having a great feature to adjust your settings to what ever you wanna do. The fan gets loud but it’s keeps this thing cool even while playing processor heavy games.

I loved the red and how it looked. However, when I got the laptop I went to setup and half the keyboard wouldnt work. I went through all the troubleshooting options and called to get help fixing it and was told just to return it. I did and best buy was amazing and sent a new one right away and I received it in one day. I got the second one and it wouldnt even power on. (no it was not dead I even tried leaving it on the charger). I sent that back and scratched this entire computer and got something else.

We went to find a replacement for my old laptop. I found one but she found this ACER Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop. I love it! The only issue I have is that my granddaughter who lives with us borrows it all the time so she can game on it!! She likes its processing speed with her games.
