Sent in to Geek Squad for repairs. Recieved back today and it still will not power on even though the slip that came back with the laptop in the return box claimed that the repairs had been made. I am very very disappointed. I will probably try to return for a brand new device or a completely different device all together.

My son was excited to open it up, was taking pictures and getting excited. First thing I noticed the power cord wouldn't plug in without messing with it...I thought on no my son is going to break this thing eventually... the second thing was the ethernet button was already hanging open and not properly attached, then the keyboard wasn't working to connect wifi. I checked online and said you should reboot and click fn this to get to bios... on a brand new computer??? No thank you... but I tread on... the g was working so I input ggg and user and pass with no wifi still connected... then I got stuck because it wanted me to register.... I skipped it and it finally turned on after 30 minutes... I went to settings to see if I need to change keyboard settings... nothing... so I restarted and that's where it ended... never started again... drove back to store to return a 850 laptop.... luckily best buy helped me get an hp and it'll arrive tomorrow....I hope it works...
