    After purchasing an Acer Nitro 5 laptop bought from the Best Buy website, it was found that it wouldn't hold a charge, I returned it to the store for this one. However when i got home this laptop wouldn't startup, tried everything possible to get it to startup. So i had to return again to the store for a second time in 2 hours to return it. I'm not for sure what is going on with Acer as I have owned many of their PC's and laptops over the years and have always known them to have good quality products. But getting the same computer 2 times in 2 days with different issues, makes me wonder. Luckily the staff at the store took care of me and i got an ASUS with better specs for the same price.
