I want to highlight that the team at Best Buy did a fantastic job trying to assist me, but unfortunately, the hardware issues were beyond a simple in-store fix. The machine has now been sent back to Acer three separate times. Each time, they simply replaced a few parts and sent it back, only for the exact same problems to occur immediately. Despite the fact that the PC is clearly defective, Acer refuses to issue a refund, citing their "no lemon" policy. It is incredibly frustrating to waste so much time and effort transporting a heavy machine back and forth to the store just to have the manufacturer perform "band-aid" fixes. Acer has shown a complete lack of commitment to actually ensuring the product is functional. They have officially lost a customer; I will never buy another Acer product again.
