    Your basically paying all the money for the graphics card. The cooling system is what they decided to cheap out on. I first bought this pc and had issues with it overheating and turning off randomly. I returned it for a new one and had the same issue. I went to the geek squad and it costed me 300 dollars for a new cooler plus labor, I spent a total of 1900 for the pc. If i would recommend anything, go to micro center and pick out all the parts included in this pc (or better) and them brimg it to best buy for them to put it together. That will cost 120 but it would mean having a pc that actually works.

    Acer isnt what it used to be

    No longer supports acer sense. All native apps preinstalled are absolete with no replacement alternatives with update. Acer support was terrible in helping with regerstering the product even with the use of thier information identifing tool. You will need to install third party software to control the rgbs and monitor pc specs. Feels cheap and software more of an after though than intention for a gaming computer. Would spend the extra money for a different brand with better out of the box experience.

    kept blue screening one week after purchase, ended up just returning it. I'm blaming the no name power supply.

    Absolutely cheeks of a pc for the hardware. They locked PL1 and PL2 when I tested the voltage I seen massive underperformance like -100 fps in demanding titles they locked the motherboard and this was just the one I bought Reddit says it’s for ALL of those PC’s don’t even get me started on the 3 weeks it’s taken to get ahold of someone regarding the return they’ve yet to send me

    Dead on arrival GPU

    The GPU was dead on arrival. I purchased this item for $1500 to find out that it didn’t work. That was annoying already, but when I went to return it, they didn’t have another one in stock.

    Garbage pc’s at Best Buy

    It’s very frustrating buying a 1k pc when you’re use to using pc that are cheap and you have 0 issues. Yet this pc on day 1 has had audio issues and now that it is fixed the sound that comes out is so much static. Brand new pc man. Never ever again with Acer,nitro, or Best Buy.

    So far so good. Came with no-name branded M2 SSD, so replaced that out the box with Samsung. Gigabyte cheap motherboard too. Otherwise solid enough components, bottom draw thermaltake power supply. Reasonable components for a mid-budget price.
