disappointed product

I bought mainly Acer over the years but this time I am fairly disappointed. This monitor seems kinda shady due to (1) flickering on wake with duel monitor set up (the other one is a 2 yr old Acer); updating software didn’t resolve the problem. (2) best buy product picture mistakenly showing 2 usb ports on side of the monitor, even though nowhere in the description indicates there are usb ports. This is fairly confusing and could misguide customers. I was about to return it but then realized they had the wrong picture up. Albeit there are some good specs like refresh rate and response time, I am a bit wary of buying another Acer monitor at least in the near future.

Disappointed

Delivery driver said that i refused my shipment ( even though it was already paid for and needed NO signature for delivery) therefore it was sent back and i had to sign into my best buy account to even know that i was going to be refunded. I called customer service who then said that i would be refunded (for a delivery that I DID NOT WANT TO BE SENT BACK IN THE FIRST PLACE) WITHIN 10 DAYS.. 2 weeks later I was still calling and inquiring on my refund and got the same response the next 3 times I called which was" we understand and we are sorry" . " call back in 24-48 hours because we are sending an email out to management to find out about your refund" 1 MONTH LATER i finally received my refund. ! That is ridiculous!!!!! I will NEVER order from them online again. It was honestly 1 of the worst online purchase experience that i have delt with. My son didn't receive a gift that i had intended on being here before Christmas and I had to complain multipe times and wait 4 weeks before i received my own money. Maybe better communication with customers would eliminate or at least cut down on things as simple as this. (Sending my delivery back when no driver obviously came to my door that day). How many others has this happened too????? Now i Purchased my $200 product from somewhere else. Must not need these sales huh??????

screen tearing and not working

Good but could be better

It is all plastic and seems a little flimsy around the top bezel. The colors are punchy color and good hz rate. The HDMI is a 2.0 not a 2.1 so no true HDR.

Be prepared for screen lines after a few months

I purchased 2 of these to run a 3 monitor ssetup. After a couple months one of them started getting vertical lines on a 1/4 portion of the screen. Luckily i purchased the replacement plan on that one. Sadly the other i didnt purchase protection, and 6 months later it has horizontal lines running 3/4 of the screen. This happens connected or not connected to my pc. So its not a cable, its the hardware. Since this one doesnt have a protection plan, im going to have to send it in to be warrantied. These look great at the beginning, but apparently are not made to last.

DO NOT BUY

Broke conveniently right after the return deadline, and not even worth shipping in because any delivery service will probably break it anyway. Save your money and buy something from AOC or MSI

4K doesn't work

The monitor looked nice and the specs seemed to match what my son was wanting. However, no matter what we try we cannot get the monitor to work in 4K for more than a day. I've swapped out the DP cable and adjusted settings to no avail the montior always reverts back to a standard display.
