    Budget curved game monitor!

    I bought this monitor with the Logitech wheel setup with shifter and pedals. Got everything hooked up and ready to race, realized this was the weak point in the setup. Monitor was subpar and wasn’t high enough quality to compliment the ps5. I know the price is reasonable, but just didn’t think the monitor was a good deal at the price.

    A pixel is already dying. It's in the upper left, so not too intrusive; but sometimes it's on and sometimes it's dead. I noticed it a month ago, but finally remembered to add a review. That's only about three months after purchase, but BB's exchange page isn't that helpful and says 60 days is the max for an exchange.

    Has a power issue when turned on it can’t detect a power source when plugged correctly and it blacks out rare occasions

    Great image, but this screen only has one button on the sides, so the audio is so complicated for nothing.

    I was on the fence to purchase monitor. The store representative advised I had 2 weeks to return and 30 days for price match. The price of item dropped $50.00 in 20 days. The store would not honor request. Stop training your employees to mis-advise customers to make a sale.

    Graphics were decent, the color scheme was terrible. It looked washed, and dim. Went back to my regular dell monitors.

    My HDMI connection would only display blurry images even though I confirmed the display resolution and factory reset the monitor. The buttons to change the settings are hard to press and don't fully align with the settings options on the screen. Even trying another HDMI cable, it was still blurry. The display port cable it came with was defective. I got the monitor to work after purchasing a new DP cable. I've purchased better monitors for $300.

    Doesnt support xbox series x 1440 120hz

    Just got this for my son as a Christmas gift. I thought it would support 1440p 120hz. But it only does 1080p 120hz which is disappointing. Also the 4k 60hz doesn't look that great. The graphics looks watered down.

    Screen was cracked so i asked for them to replace it and they would not said because it's accidentall witch it was not the store wont do anything about it even if i bought a protection plan that was 180 plus dallors it donsnt cover what it needs to cover

    It's just flat out not a good product. There are much better value ultrawides out there that don't have the issues that this one has. Incredibly terrible black smearing, like you can't actually game on this if you have eyes. For work, it's not good value, cannot recommend.

    Has a red pixel in the middle of the screen that comes and goes. Best Buy customer service NEVER answers the phone. Always “high volume nonsense”. Now says will not take back because more than 15 days!!! Will never buy Acer or Best Buy after being stuck with junk. No honor.
