Screen Randomly Goes Black

I tried everything to fix. Nothing helps. I counted about 8 - 14 times per hour that it randomly goes black. Not worth the money.

If it didn't have this major issue, the monitor itself is great.

Disappointing, Return sold as 'New'?

Very upset as this was a Christmas gift that now I need to return after they opened it. It almost looks refurbished but was sold as new.

Display flickering and black lines

Generally, the box depicting the monitor is shipped inside a larger plain brown cardboard box. For gifts, it is recommended to select the gift option during checkout to help ensure the packaging is discrete. Reasonable pick-up

Shame that the default stand isn't really adjustable in any way, but that's why they make monitor arms, I suppose. This may only have been a thing on my machine, but I absolutely needed to fix the gamma settings out of the box.

Easy installation, beautiful and smooth picture, and it comes with speakers. Make sure to change your settings on Ps5 to take advantage in full of what this monitor has to offer.

I haven't had any major issues and would compare it to the LG monitors I regularly use, which were twice the price. If all you are looking for is an affordable monitor with a great price tag and image then this is a great choice. However, it does miss some quality of life and quality features that I prefer in monitors. It does have tilt adjust but that is it and I find it to be quite short and having to look down at the monitor. The stand that comes with the monitor is also very wobbly causing the monitor to shake with any more movement than gentle keystrokes. Set up is nice and easy, the base of the mount hooks on using a pre-installed screw, can be tightened without the use of tools. The mount clips on to the back of the monitor with a pretty simple plastic clip. I had it all set up within about 5 minutes and it does come with an HDMI chord. Overall great monitor for everyday use and gaming. It does lack some additional features that I would prefer but those are gonna add additional cost. It would be nice if the monitor was slightly more stable, especially since it's advertised as a gaming monitor where it is safe to assume the user will move around a bit more than standard.
