Software issue after purchasing, no support.

Computer could not automatically repair its software, could not do a hard reset and resolve it, and could not get any support from best buy about an exchange or repair anytime I called because it goes to an overseas call center, and they are extremely useless. 0/10 not worth the money or headache I paid for it.

cust support?

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i owned the unit for 30 minutes and it wont show any signs of life, your cust support wanted to replace the power supply and i d have to wait almost a week to get it. secondly this battery should not be exhausted it will either shorten its life or just fail completely. so the experience ive had this far tells me not expect anything from this company

Bad computer

DO NOT BUY

Wouldn’t turn on right out of the box.

Brought it home, took it out of the box, and it immediately would not start up. I tried all of the outlets in my house and the charging indicator light simply refused to illuminate. Extremely disappointing. Will have to bring back to Best Buy tomorrow.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend.

Don't waste your time

Best Buy tried fixing it and said to return it if it kept not working. When I tried to do that, they would not honor the sale price I paid in exchage for a new one. Crappy computer crappy customer service.
