From the time I got it, the screen would randomly go black for a few seconds then come back on. Now, two and a half months later, its doing it a few times a day. Don't plan on playing any games with this. Your screen will go black and you will lose a life. So Frustrating!! Dealing with Acer for a fix is impossible. They want me to send the monitor to them for repair but NOT in the original box that it came in. How do you package a 31.5 inch curved screen monitor to safely ship it across the country? I also have to pay for shipping. This thing is heavy so it would cost a small fortune. Not to mention I would be without a monitor for weeks until it was repaired. So now I have to buy a new monitor and I'm out $250 because it wasn't on sale when I bought it. Save yourself time and money and purchase a different brand.

If the monitor requires repair and you don't have the original box, then you can use a suitable packing box and packing materials according to the packing information that is provided in the email you will get once the repair is set up.
