Best laptop I’ve owned an honestly a huge upgrade from my 2019 Nitro. It has run every game that I’ve thrown at it. It is a bit on the heavier size but I knew that going into it. I prefer a slightly larger laptop. I use it for gaming and programming. It’s very easy to upgrade the RAM and to add an additional ssd which I plan to do eventually. My one and only complaint is that mine is running a bit hotter than the other reviews are saying. A good 5-10 degrees hotter actually so not sure what that’s about but aiming a fan at it helped. For those new to laptop gaming, they tend to run hot anyways so don’t be too alarmed. You’re definitely future proofed for a while with this purchase. Definitely grab it if BestBuy has a deal on it.

Love it! Works great. Awesome speed but I have to leave it plugged up to keep consistent power. For me it works great because I’m always on the go

This laptop is awesome! It's really fast and the graphics are phenomenal. This is the first time I can play the Sims 4 with highest graphic setting without experiencing any type of lag.

Great laptop, top speed, using for work and great with CAD design and web graphics. Computer is a little heavy to carry around with power cable but other than that, great purchase!

Love my new Predator Helios Neo 16! Blazing fast performance and gorgeous display make gaming and multitasking a dream. Advanced cooling keeps it quiet even when pushed hard. Highly recommend!

When I first bought this laptop, I did have some issues that I had not experienced with my Acer Predator Helios 300: some games would crash, and/or not run properly for this level of hardware. I also had slight overheating issues. After Acer released updates to the BIOS, as well as Nvidia Driver updates, the issues I experienced did not occur anymore. Plays just about any game I have thrown at it, build quality seems great for Acer, and display is good enough for a mid-tier gaming laptop. I would've given 5 stars if not for the initial issues with the software/BIOS; but then again that can't truly be attributed to the quality of this product.

Lots of control over fans,gpu and no restrictions. Also when conntected to power you forget its a laptop with how well it performs

Pros: Good performance, nice screen, and it was a good price! Cons: soft keyboard, sort of "rubbery" and heavy, not to mention the power brick is huge!

Exceptional gaming laptop, smooth graphics and gameplay. Only draw back is GPU will quickly drain battery when unplugged.

I don’t like the brick power supply. It’s too heavy. Everywhere else is good about this laptop. I upgraded it to 32 g RAM and added a second 2 TB SSD.

Great until it wasn't. I had it for a week, using audio through Amazon basic speakers or headphones was fine for the first week now you hear scratching and popping like a dirty needle on a record . Not just on Pandora but youtube also. Replace the speakers, still have the same issue so I know it's the sound card . Doesnt happen on Bluetooth headset . Acer support is the worst in the business . They don't know anything and are quick to pass you off to a KB article but refuse to get a supervisor . Hopefully I'll be able to exchange it for the same sale price I got it from but then again we're dealing with BB . Powerful computer with a lot of unnecessary bloatware that the manufacturer cannot tell you the purposes of so if you're trying to save battery life and kill processes you're on your own to identify them. Surprisingly good battery life, very heavy

This laptop is a cut above the rest. For the price, especially on a sale, I would snatch this up. Strong, cools very well and it is not quite as loud when under full load like similar laptops. I use this primarily as a gaming pc and secondly to work on school work. I will say the build quality was much better than I predicted, especially the built in boost. This is quite possibly one of the best bangs for your buck until you can afford something higher end!!

Runs games great, fans are pretty loud but bearable with headphones but it has audio issues. My mic(s), all of them, sound terrible in discord and skype, went through hours of trouble shooting, resetting, trying different mics, different computers, updating drivers, etc... screw it, im returning it. I aint buying a 1500 dollar laptop that "mostly" functions. It just reconfirmed my beliefs that all laptops are crap, as this makes 3 out of 4 laptops that were duds

Great laptop, had it for a year and it still runs the same graphics when i got it new. Dont even think about other laptops this is a great one, i had my pc and compared this, this laptop runs better than a pc.

Bought this for our son in the Army. He had always used a built desktop when he was living at home/growing up, so this was his first laptop. I did a lot of research into laptops at this pricepoint and can verify this truly is the best you can buy for the money. Thanks Best Buy for the quick delivery to the base! 5 stars all the way.
