This monitor has made all the difference in the world. I bought my son a PC that was a custom build from Fry's. I could not find a monitor at Fry's, Staples, Target that would get the most BANG from the build. That was until I hit BBY and found the perfect monitor.

My expectations were low being that this was the first major gaming monitor I was buying. For the price it is an excellent monitor with real crisp image quality. The flaw that this monitor has is the speakers. They are what I like to call, "doo, doo". But in reality that isn't what we buy these monitors for. Other than that it would be a 5 star review.

A great monitor with great refresh rates, the setup was almost too simple I was trying to do what I thought was a normal setup and it literally just snapped together, I've never had such a nice piece of equipment be that simple to setup.

Fantastic monitor! My son loves it. I don’t know to much about it but I see it on my son’s face when he’s playing with friends. No lagging behind anymore. I guess that’s what it’s all about in the gaming world. Awesome!!

I've had the pleasure of gaming with this monitor for the past three days. Acer provides a display port and hdmi cable for you to use. Along with the power cable, an adjustable stand and a clip for you to hang your headphones to the back of the monitor. Brilliant! The build quality of this monitor is very good. The included stand is very sturdy, the height is easily adjustable and you can also rotate it vertically. The stand holds the monitor securely and does not wobble much when you kick your desk. This TN panel has vivd colors and excellent contrast. The preset profiles (in my opinion) need to be adjusted a little but its all user preference. I tend to like a cooler display without that "warm" tint. The buttons on the back of the display make the menu a breeze to navigate. You can save your custom settings to three different profiles making switching settings for different types of games or media consumption easy. The display also has plenty of usb 3.0 ports to charge and power your devices or desktop speakers. Speaking of speakers.. the built in speakers on this monitor are bad. The only reason i take away 1 star from the rating. They aren't loud at all, have no bass whatsoever and are pretty much useless. Fortunately you do get a 3.5mm jack to connect your speakers or headphones to it if you need to. Chances are you already have a set of desktop speakers, or strictly game with a headset. I think Acer should have included an extra hdmi port instead of putting in those weak speakers. I like to connect my computer and gaming console to my monitor so that i can easily switch between the two. This display only has 1 hdmi port, and a display port. At 27 inches, this monitor is the perfect size for sitting at your desk to game. Its not so big so that you have to move your head to keep an eye on your targets and not so small so that it makes it hard to see everything. Gaming on this monitor is amazing. I cannot describe how smooth everything looks on it. You do of course need a capable gaming rig with an nvidia graphics card to take advantage of it. There is no screen tearing, and every game i played on it so far looks great. I recommend this monitor if you are a competitive gamer. The insanely high refresh rate along with the 1ms response time make this a great display to use for online shooters and esports competitions. I wish I could upload a video to show you guys just how fast this display is. You just need to see it with your own eyes. Pros - Very fast refresh rate and response time. No input lag!!!! -Great picture quality, color saturation and contrast out of the box. Tweak to your liking for a more pleasing display. -Excellent Build Quality and a 3 year warranty from Acer Cons - Speakers are weak, very low and unusable in my opinion -Only two display ports. 1 hdmi 1 DP

Bought this monitor to compliment two 25 inch alienware ones and I'm happy with it. I did get it on sale at $399 so that helps. My only complaint is the stand is a bit annoying but if you plan to mount it, no big deal.

Monitor is pretty much perfect for me, single feature I did not think about before buying that created an issue was the amount of space the stand takes up. If you have a small desk this will take up a lot of space. Other than that, bomb.

This monitor was excellent with my consoles but I actually just got it for a new pc I bought along with it and the pc didn’t work so I’m returning this but it’s still a great monitor and would recommend it.

Bought this for my son and it works great for his gaming pc he built. Im sure there are much better units out there but for the price and functions this is really good. He said it improved his response time for sure. He also uses it to stream movies which is pretty nice. Really smooth.

This is by far the best gaming monitor out there for speed and resolution. Switched from Alienware and couldn't be happier. In fact, I went back and purchased a second one as well for dual monitors. Highly recommend.

What more can you ask from a monitor, the predator is the way to go! I originally got this for 549, then I happy to notice it was on sale for 499 so I price match it ! All in all it is a great monito, the specs speak for itself

This is the nicest monitor I have ever owned. The quality is amazing. The only downside is the speakers. They are terrible! Plan on using a headset or buy some speakers. Overall though, 10/10.

Great display for a great price. The resolution is awesome and the price point was amazing. I love finding great deal at best buy. It makes shopping there run and rewarding.

My switch from the Samsung UHD 550 to this was night and day. They couldn't really be comparable. I just ended up with the wrong tool for the job now were all good. I have no complaints and would fully endorse this project.

So good I bought a second one. only issue ive ever had is sometimes it will have a row of pixels in the wrong spot when I boot up, but a quick powercycle fixes that.

I've had a lot of gaming monitors in the past. This was the first high end one and I couldn't be happier. It's built like a tank and the performance I get out of it is outstanding.

I bought this monitor as a replacement for my 4k monitor that broke when it was shipped by a different company. But i believe this had been a great choice as an investment with my computer and PS4.

Bought this for my 13y/o sons bday. He's a big gamer and he says he can definitely tell the difference in the display and loves the gaming experience on it.

Bought 2 of these to go with my new snowblind rig. Its amazing. The clarity and depth of the games is beyond my dreams. And the control of picture type. Gaming, 3d render, movies, HDR. PHENOMENAL
