Picked this up for light gaming (I don't do FPS) and work. So far it's great. This is my main monitor with my old 28" in portrait mode. Controls are easy to use, and since I swap inputs between my work laptop and personal computer, that's important. Setup was easy, although I didn't use the stand and put it right on a monitor arm.

Expensive, but amazing picture, color accuracy, response rate and wide color gammet. Unfortunately black uniformity isn't that great, but that seems to be all monitors of all panel types. I wonder why

We bought this on sale. Best Buy had this as a working display and I would say now that we have it at home it really does look great. It was pretty easy to set up and came with everything we needed to hook it up. I would recommend this one to everyone.

The only reasons that I gave this monitor four stars, are the cost and the front facing led bar at the bottom edge of the screen. The led light can be turned off, so it does not distract from viewing. I think also that the bar should have been black, instead of gray. It would look better I think. Also the bar is raised, not flush with the screen. These are really my issues with the cosmetics. As for performance, the monitor performs great! It is a perfect upgrade if you are still using a smaller widescreen monitor like I was. Your eyes will thank you! A great monitor if you are an nVidia Geforce graphics card user because of the inclusion of G-SYNC. Be sure to use the DisplayPort connection if your video card has it. Technically it's a 5 Star monitor!

This is a good medium quality monitor. For the price price point this is a good monitor. I purchased this monitor for my son as an additional monitor. He loves it and uses it all the time. So for a medium quality secondary monitor this is an excellent choice.

I bought two of these monitors. I have them mounted one on top of the other using a dual-monitor arm. I have the top Acer Predator flipped upside down so I don't have a large bezel between the top and bottom Acer Predator monitors. The RGB isn't really my taste but I gave it a shot. I noticed that there isn't really much customization options available for the RGB bars at the bottom bezel. Also, I noticed when I do turn them on to the rainbow setting that cycles through all the colors, they both don't synchronize. The timing is off and it's a small irk for me. Other than those small gripes, the monitor is impeccable. Incredible clarity and performs like a champ. Just don't get it for the RGB.
