    We purchased this product to use for our security camera and it works great for four camera’s giving us nice big blocks to view.

    Good if you don't need sound!

    All the previous reviews is what prompt us to purchase this monitor; however, the monitor has "NO" speakers! The biggest disappointment ever. For that reason, we are returning it. Yes, all the previous reviews did site good comments which I truly agreed upon is why we decided to purchase it but without sound it is not use to us. If you don't need sound, go ahead a purchase it.... it was not for us.

    Flashing 3 inch banner after 2 years..Annoying

    Good for 2 years then I got a flashing 3 inch banner across the bottom of my screen. Hoping it's covered under this warranty?!?!! It still works but the banner is an annoying interruption.

    The pictures led me to believe this unit had DVI, but after getting it home and unpacking it did I find it didn't. only reason I recommended it was for the price.

    Ports not as illustrated

    Having purchased several monitors previously from Best Buy, I thought that I had found an inexpensive monitor that met my needs--and knowing that there are occasional discrepancies in the port descriptions... I found that this monitor did not have the ports as shown on the rear panel photo. The photo shows VGA, DVI and HDMI ports however, the actual monitor in the store had only VGA and HDMI ports. For my intended use, connected to two computers where the selection is made using the input selector button, this monitor is unacceptable. Not everything about this issue was negative. I have to thank some employees that did try to verify if the monitors in the store were an older model than described on the web site or if the web site had not been revised when the monitor design change occurred.

    Monitor Scratched

    I bought two of these for my home office. One of the monitors has a slight scratch on it which is very distracting and annoying. I emailed Best Buy multiple times and never received a response.

    Controls are a joke

    Downloaded the manual. What a joke. It is written in some foreign language. Could not be English. Therefore, the monitor will sit here as is and hope for the best. Some how it cut the sound from my laptop from which I had earphones. What a waste of money. I wish I had bought the HP.

    I bought this to go with a laptop computer as a second monitor. Although it would turn on, my laptop was never able to detect it. Acer support is almost non existent.
