It was not cheap and it was difficult to maneuver with the touch screen. The controls were very difficult to use. The color would be off when the monitor went to sleep and required a restart to correct itself. The sound was also having issues playing consistently through external speakers. There are much better monitors for the price and touchscreen is not worth it.

Very responsive, crisp and vibrant colors, excellent design. Makes working in Windows 8 a dream!

This Acer touchscreen monitor works great, but be aware it requires two cable connections to use touch features: a HDMI cable and USB/ MHL cable. Both are included, but it did not work with my first device because the only available USB connection was required to power the tablet I was trying to use.

The 27" monitor with touch capability brings home a great interactive experience. I have purchased a total of four monitors for a trade show display operating with laptops and the customer interaction has been tremendous. A worthwhile investment!

Anyone that wants a 27" monitor that you can do everything on the monitor without having to use a computer or a keyboard, this is the monitor to get. My wife and I love being able to watch Hulu and Netflix on the monitor.

I was in search for a quality large touchscreen monitor To view my security cameras at home. I read a bunch of reviews online and found that this Acer touchscreen monitor fit my needs. I was able to mount this monitor too. Awesome product!

Best looking touch screen i've used many touchscreens in my offices, these are 27 inches the perfect size, it has the best stand and the design on the back for mounting purposes is perfect. The touchscreen never seems to fail and it's HDMI speed is incredible.

Have loved this monitor ever since my wife and I got it. We love the touch screen and it makes using apps so much more enjoyable with the larger screen.

I love how big the screen is. I'm 68 so this makes seeing the screen easier. The touch screen is easy to use, too.

We are restoring a classic farm house and needed several sound componenets that would submit to being installes in small compartments yet yield great sound. this system is the one! we are excited about the sound trhat enhanced the natural wood high wainscott walls and hand carved posts. you cant see the equipment but its simple to operate and bring great sound to the party.

The screen to have colors are great quick responsive ness

My company has bought three of these to use at trade shows to run touchscreen presentation off of. The speakers are decent. The video is good. It also mounts perfectly.

Got this on sale for 499. Don't think I would ever pay $699. First things first. The manual says you don't need to hook up the USB cable. You do. Touch doesn't seem to work without it. I was afraid I got a malfunctioning unit and was about to take it back. Once set up, its great. I love the multiple reclining positions of the monitor. Touch is just so natural. The power switch is in an awkward position. Often times when I grab the monitor by the side to adjust the recline, at least one of my fingers hits the power button and turns it off. Comparing the monitor to my LG 27" 1080p, the colors on the Acer are a little washed out, but nothing horrendous. I'm sure some will complain about the built-in speakers, but they're built-in speakers, they're not meant to be great quality. Overall, I'd buy this again. And just might #if the price hits 499 again#.

Nice monitor for wall mounting and multi tasking - perfect!

Sort of happy with the Acer - Touch Series 27" LCD HD. The only problem is that the Acer website states that the monitor does not work with Windows 10. Buyer beware. If you are using Windows 10, you will not have the ability to use the touch option.

The monitor works well, the touch feature response very well and quickly, the only drawback is that the audio is not very clear, I would recommend using external speakers for sound.
