Act of valor is a amazing movie. The people are not actors and the cool thing it the guns they shot in the movie have live ammo inside the clip. I would buy this movie to support your troops over seas.

it was a intense movie.. the movie is good for anyone over the age of 12 or 13.. there is mild language but besides that everything is a pretty non inappropriate movie

The Navy SEALs did a fine job in the film. The plot was predictable, but the cast did a nice job. The action sequences were the best part of the film. It is worth a look.
