Preface: I have this product separated by one wall (plaster on each side) and its about 4 ft from each other) I love this product. My two complaints are the occasional re-sync that needs to be done and the increase in volume from the transmission. Overall the picture is clear and works well with my TVs. I would definitely like to see the ability to add on another receiver to display on two or more TV's simultaneously.

The Transmitter/Receiver has been working very well for me. Technically, they work on the 5Ghz band with 40 Mhz bandwidth. Mine units are on channel 161 so I just need to set my home Wi-Fi away from those bonding channels. Their transmit power are decent and the video quality is almost as good as direct connected. My source is a TV digital box located in the basement and the Receiver is in the dining room on the 1st floor, vertically not far away between each other.

Great Option for setting up a HDMI connection with out running cables. I used it for my Home theater and It works great. Falls short of 5 stars due to lag in sound transmitting . But works great. Easy to set up

I have long wondered about this item since this is a bedroom TV and the cable jack is on the wrong wall. Tired of bad viewing angle, I decided to spend the money to try it. Setup was a breeze and this works perfectly Devices are less than 10' apart so I cannot attest to how it works at a distance, but for my situation it works perfect.

Works like a charm- easy set up and an additional HDMI switch is not necessary. Occasionally conflicts with hdmi switch noted. I love it.

The device works pretty much as described. I have the main cable box in a room and the extender’s receiver 2 rooms away. Most of the time the picture is great. Occasionally, I note brief pixelation that clears itself up. More rarely the picture goes out of focus. Turning off/on the TV resolves the problem. That said, I am not using the infrared antenna (don’t like the extra wires) so that may be part of the problem.

Works as advertised, easy setup with clear instructions. I have it sending from satellite box on first floor to a TV 50+ feet across the basement. Good picture and audio. Satellite remotes programmed for respective TVs work well. Very pleased.

We hung a TV on our outdoor patio wall and we have DirecTV and didn't want to either get another receiver or split the signal from our living room TV by running a long run of cable so this was the perfect alternative. Our plan was to watch the same thing on both TV's at the same time and we can even control the living room DirecTV receiver from the patio due to the IR sensors that come with this product. We love it!!

The quality of the picture transmitted is great at 1080 dpi, however the system periodically loses the connection. The distance between transmitter and receiver is about 30 ft. but about every 3rd day the connection is lost. This requires a reboot by disconnecting the power on one or both units and then reconnecting. The pairing on the menu has not worked since day 1 as it is greyed out. Overall a worthwhile product with just this one issue.

Best Buy no longer sells tvs with built in DVD players so I got this device to connect my mounted tv in the kitchen with a DVD player that I am able to hide in the dining room. This product does the job but set up took a while to configure and device can sometimes be buggy not to mention it is extremely expensive. It was more expensive than the DVD player and 20in tv.

I have a BlueRay + Comcast DVR + Apple TV all using this transmitter/receiver combination and it works GREAT!!! The color is excellent [Samsung LED TV] with no drop-outs. Audio is excellent and surround sound works perfectly. The transmitter is 15ft hidden in a cabinet and the receiver is tucked behind the TV on the wall. So no cables and very nice looking package. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great way to broadcast HDMI signal to 2nd TV

I've had this for 6 months already, and it's working flawlessly. We shoot an HDMI signal from the main TV in our living Rm to the bedroom right above it on the 2nd floor. I use it because our old DISH receiver only pushes an analog signal out of the 2nd TV port, not an HDMI signal. So if you use the coax in the house to watch TV anywhere but in the living Rm, you get a less than adequate looking picture on a large screen TV. We had an original version of this Actiontec product, and it lasted almost 6 yrs before it burned out. It had occasional dropouts causing us to have to reboot either the primary or secondary unit to re-establish the signal, but we haven't seen that issue at all with this newer version. Love it and would recommend it to anyone!

Easy connected this to a computer and was able send the signal thru 3 walls about 200ft away for the sender. Minimal delay in transmitting the content. The only down fall is that the receiver side is larger and requires 120 power. It would have been better if the receiver worked off usb power.

Include some Velcro cable ties to dress up wires after devices are permanently installed. Also enlarge Velcro on unit that holds it to tv. Otherwise a stellar product that is worth every penny!
