I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. We have the tv in one room and the cable box in another room. And I thought we would have to change channels from the cable box. But with the sensor that comes with it we can change the channel right in the room the tv is in.

We recently bought new furniture and had to relocate tv to a wall without cable and didn't want to run coax cable all along the floor or ceiling so went to bestbuy to see what was out there. We found this and bought it without knowing a thing and it works great.

When using both TVs, this works as expected. But when the secondary TV is powered down, the primary will intermittently lose signal. Called Best Buy, product support desk, and my service provider, they all pointed fingers to the other. The product support desk told me it's a known problem, and suggested I go to YouTube for a hacks. I did, there are several.

Bought this to hide all the wires from our tv receiver to the television. From time to time I have to reboot it. Not sure if it was the device or the receiver from our cable provider. Device was installed near the tv in a shelf by the wall right beside it. The further away I put it the sound and picture wouldn't match up. After a while it worked like it should and got the job done. For some reason, certain channels would always go silent as if it was on mute (switching channels after this happened would cause all channels to not have sound). Had to reboot it whenever this occurred so that the sound would come back on. Overall, we have some issues but not enough to quit using it! I'd recommend it with caution. Be prepared to install somewhere you can access easily!

works very well streaming video in HD, no problems at all

I have waited almost 9 years to be able to remedy the problem I have with only having 1 cable outlet in my living room and this system did the trick. I highly recommend this to anyone else having the same issues in your house. It was simple to hook up and use and not very expensive to boot, great product !!!!

Very Impressed with the Actiontec WirelessTV2. Easy to connect and no cable box or paying for a cable jack installation. Signal going from downstairs to upstairs is excellent. Called Support for help and they were great!

When you don't want wires showing or it is very difficult and expensive to run them to your TV, this item is your awnser! It works great and is easy to use plus your picture is just as good as if you ran the wires! Get two of them if you have Apple TV so you don't have switch wires to watch your Apple TV!

I bought one of these first and it did not work so I ended up taking it back and trying out again. Just in case I got a defective one on my first purchase. The second one, horrible delay as well as would not turn on over half the time.

1 week down with no issues. I am using this product to connect our security cam system to a dedicated monitor. I think it disconnected once, but a re-established the signal on its own. Overall, I am happy with this product and I'm glad I spent the extra money.

Cable outlet is on the wrong wall. We wanted the TV on the opposite wall and since this is a patio home moving the cable was a problem. Found these with a Google search and Best Buy sold them. They REALLY work. Even the cable installer was impressed. Thought they won't work!!! Ha, Ha

The system was easy to set up and it sends a good picture through a couple of brick walls, but the transmitter unit has problems. The TV connected to it keeps loosing the signal and flickers a lot. This is hard to accept since it is supposed to be a pass-through signal connected directly to the transmitter via HDMI cable. This is why I gave it a low rating.

This was a very bad product. Took an extremely long time to try and sync units together. When finally connected in next room, video was very choppy and kept dropping out giving a black screen on my tv. Could not get it to operate properly, so finally returned to store with no issues.

I connected this to my PlayStation three to transmit to my new Sony 55 inch TV. It works great and I am very happy.
