My first smart TV, and its a good one.

Your rep came out and identified the problem. (I needed a new digital transmitter/ receiver for the shot across the room from my satellite receiver to the TV.) After I got the T/R, the Geek came a second time to hook it up and teach us everything, including Internet programming.

Disappointed

After that, I'd turn on the TV and within minutes, the entire screen would go black and the connection would be lost. It wasn't my WiFi because everything else in the house that uses WiFi was fine. I ended up returning this product.
