Intermittent reception

The modem is in the bedroom closet, approximately 25 ft away, behind an interior wall. If door is closed there is no reception. I have to open door, wait for reception, then system will work. It’s better than trying to rewire HDMI wire through wall, across attic floor then down wall to modem! I wish it had a stronger signal.

Great item that really works

This thing works great. It simply works. My wife could not believe it and still occasionally will state “I can’t believe this works “.

Does work - not best range

It goes through a window but the range is certainly not as far as advertised. It covers 15 feet (all I need) at 1080i and about 18 feet at 720p. Does what I need at a good price point but those looking to beam a signal further should be cautious.
